“The Willows” is one of three parks in the Sundowner Group. Located beside Chainman’s Creek, it is a pleasant 5 minute walk along the Nature Reserve to the beach at Rosebud West. In the park the immaculately maintained lawns and gardens attract many of the birds from the neighbouring reserve and the asphalt roads that run throughout ensure they keep that manicured look.
We are situated in the middle of the Mornington Peninsula’s “tourist belt” that runs from Dromana to Portsea and has been the hub for Melbourne’s holiday makers for many years and that is why we have several of our sites allocated for Annuals who want the luxury of a holiday home and the convenience, cost savings and security of a caravan park. In addition to that we offer a range of mid to long term accommodation, all with one bedroom, but in an array of styles and prices starting at the basic caravan through caravan and annex, small cabins to medium size cabins with ensuite. It is a sought after location so you will need to enquire about availability as units are seldom vacant for long.
For your convenience and entertainment while you’re here, we have Laundromat facilities, a games room and a swimming pool but we are also in the middle of Melbourne’s tourist playground. Surrounded by the swimming beaches of Port Phillip Bay to the north and the surf beaches of Bass Strait to the south, Point Nepean National Park to the west and Arthurs Seat to the east, there are countless things to entertain every body. The Mornington Peninsula is also famous for its wineries and golf courses as well as for its fishing and boating so we have even set aside parking areas for your boat.
